The bed was really good. It wasn't too soft. Pillows were plentiful. I appreciate that. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and filtered water that was always available. The location proved useful for quickly reaching nearby towns by train.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I often heard noises from other rooms. This made it a bit difficult to fully relax at times. The sound of doors closing was loud.

Staff were helpful. The reception team was very cute. They addressed all my questions. I found this very comforting, particularly after a long travel day, as they provided quick and efficient assistance.

I was very grateful for my room upgrade upon arrival. The room was spacious with a window overlooking the hotel's garden area. The room looked AMAZING!!! Staff were friendly and provided assistance. The bathroom was spacious and clean.
I noted banging door sounds. None seemed to close quietly.

The location was great. The train station was close by. I also liked that the lobby had free coffee and water available ALL THE TIME. the staff were always polite and ready to assist with any requests.
Our room was not VERY comfortable. The towels looked light grey instead of white. there was no hair dryer IN the room.

The hotel is very well located near the train station, I walked there easily. The staff was very helpful. My room was a decent size. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The walls are maybe a bit thin, I think I heard people in other rooms.

the hotel is near the train station (it was a short walk). my superior double or twin room garden view had a nice bathroom. the staff provided coffee and cookies during the day.
i found the bedroom a bit small. the safe in my room did not function (this was inconvenient). there was no decaffeinated coffee available.
